At Decca Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of music and merchandise. If your items are damaged or you have changed your mind, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and CDs are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
